Follow the Steps :
- Go to Start/Run,
- type: GPEDIT.MSC
- Open the path User Config > Admin Templates > Control Panel
- Ddoubleclick "Hide specified Control Panel applets" put a dot in 'enabled', then click 'Show"
- Click Add button, type "nusrmgt.cpl" into the add box
