Micromax-owned Yu Televentures has unveiled its first smartphone.
Dubbed as Yureka, the new smartphone is powered by Cyanogen OS and will
be available exclusively at Amazon.in.
Yureka sports a 5.5-inch
1280x720p HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 and is powered by 1.5GHz
octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. The phone also comes
with 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front shooter, 2GB of RAM,
16GB of internal storage and microSD
card slot.In addition, Yu has included 4G LTE support, dual-SIM card
slots, 2500 mAh battery and Android 4.4.4-based Cyanogen 11 OS.
Cyanogen has revealed that Yureka is the first CM-powered smartphone,
which comes with Themes support and Nextbit Baton integration.
Pricing and Availability:According to Yu, Yureka has been priced at INR
8,999 and registrations for buying the phone will open on December 19 at
Amazon.in
