Check If any Program tracking ur PC

It is  Always Usefull to check that any of the program or anonymous virus that is Tracking our PC
here is the simple Way to check it ease of moves :>>>

• start>run and type cmd

• In the cmd prompt type netstat -b 5 > activity.txt

• after around 30 secs press ctrl+c.

• Then type activity.txt and check for all the programs using TCP protocol

• if any of the programs is untrusted uninstall it
